Beautiful Kitchen

Dear Tom and Brandy Phelps,

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by your company and would like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback about our experience. Our first impression was favorable as we entered your beautiful showroom. We were helped immediately by  your designer, who eventually turned out to be the designer assigned to our job. Throughout the entire planning process, she was fabulous. She was extremely helpful and mindful of our needs and wants, giving us the guidance and input that we so needed. Our engineer, was courteous and helpful as well. It was apparent that he was a meticulous professional. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient as we had a lot of questions and changed our minds a few times. All of your showroom staff has been nothing but pleasant and eager to help. Every time we have been in there, we have been completely catered to. (The cookies and coffee didn’t hurt either). Brandy, I would like to thank you for your help in the granite selection at the showroom in Seattle. It is an overwhelming place, you were extremely helpful.

The shining star, however, is installer/project manager. He was courteous and careful to show us and our home every respect. He was there when he said he was going to be, and communicated every step of the ongoing remodel with us. He did everything possible to keep noise, dirt and disruption to a minimum. He did an excellent job coordinating all of the subcontractors which kept the job running efficiently. But his very best quality was the pride that he took in his work. It was apparent from the beginning that he was going to do whatever it took to “give us a beautiful kitchen”. And he did. His craftsmanship is excellent with his attention to every detail evident. We feel that we are very fortunate to have had him as our installer. We only hope that you know that you are fortunate to have him as your employee.
