Our recent kitchen remodel has turned out so nicely and we enjoyed the experience with New Face Kitchens.  From the very beginning, everyone (from our designer to the many people who helped us in your showroom, the engineer and each of the on-site workers) was a pleasure to deal with.  Each person always carefully listened to what we wanted.  Each offered creative and practical suggestions that we found most helpful.  Without exception, each was extraordinarily professional in working with us.

We want to especially honor our installer for most of our kitchen remodel project.  From the first time we met him, he impressed us with his sincere commitment to do the best job possible working on our house and meeting our expectations for our new kitchen.  He constantly asked us questions and went over every detail of the project with us to confirm how we wanted things to turn out.

We were impressed with his exceptional carpentry and installation skills.  He was asked to remove doors, install a new exterior door, remove two windows and install new ones, replace exterior siding in the work area, remove cabinets (and install some in the garage), move walls and of course install the beautiful new cabinets and lots of trim detail.  Though he accomplished a lot in a short amount of time, he never appeared rushed and took his time with every detail of the job.  He was very organized and explained every day where he was in the project and what would be happening next.  He was also amazingly tidy.  Even the day before the old kitchen floor was to be removed, he was sweeping up every last bit of sawdust.  When he left every day, the place was immaculately clean.
