Recently, my husband and I had new cabinets put in our kitchen by your company and I just wanted to tell you how thoroughly pleased we are with the project.

Starting with the initial phone call I made to inquire about your company I was impressed with the professionalism in which the receptionist handled the call. To be totally truthful when I made the initial call I dialed the number thinking it was a local number (we live in Tacoma). I had intended on using a local company but I was so impressed by that initial call for information I decided to move forward and schedule an appointment for a Sales Rep to come to the house. Again, I fully expected to be using a local company. Then, when Lisa arrived and explained about your company and product we were once again impressed by the level of professionalism in which the presentation was handled. At this point we were hooked. We decided to go with your company and are now SO glad that we did.

Nathan, was our project engineer. He did a great job. He was thorough and forthcoming. I had so many questions during our first meeting. He was very patient and clear in his explanations. I even emailed further questions to him as I thought of issues or concerns. He was very timely in his responses and encouraged me to contact him as I thought of more questions. I really appreciated his patience.

Finally, as the project progressed our Project Manager and installer, Tony, came on site. When I found out that he alone was going to be taking out the old cabinets and putting in the new I was totally blown away. I was thinking, “Oh man, how is this going to work? What have we gotten into?” However, once he started working we knew we had nothing to worry about. He was GREAT!!!! We couldn’t have asked for anybody better. He worked so hard: I don’t think I ever saw him take a break. He was professional yet friendly. He was considerate of our schedules and patient with our questions. At the end of each day he cleaned up the project as to lessen the inconvenience to us and really tried to make things run as smoothly for us as possible. Bottom line…. Tony did an outstanding job for us. We enjoyed having him there.

I must tell you that when a very good friend of mine came to see the new kitchen as she walked around the corner her mouth actually fell open. Her exact words were, “I hate you. This looks like a picture out of a magazine!” She is right…It does. I am absolutely thrilled.
