We’re writing this letter to share with you the great experience we had with New Face Project Manager Nick M. on the kitchen remodel project at our house. Nick has done a fantastic job on our new kitchen; we are very satisfied with the end result. He is obviously very skilled at his job, and time and again impressed us with his results. He checked with us whenever a decision had to be made and offered good advice on modifications that can really only be understood in the midst of the construction. Nick was conscientious in following up about each item that needed to be completed and kept us updated with ETAs. Nick was always willing to answer questions, explaining what would happen in each stage of construction. The areas of the house and garage were kept very clean throughout the job. Nick clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work and was persistent in fixing all issues, whether we noticed it or not. Multiple times, Nick went the extra mile to make sure the final result was just how we wanted it, making creative use of the materials on hand to really improve the final polish of the kitchen. This was our first house remodeling project; Nick has really made this whole experience very smooth and really pleasant to work with. We are truly happy to have him as our project manager and really appreciate all the hard work he put in to make a great kitchen for us.
