At New Face Kitchen Design, we work with you and do not simply talk at you. Everyone has seen movies or heard of someone’s experience where it seemed as if a designer was putting together a design just for themselves, disregarding the wishes of the client.

This does not mean that we will not be honest with you, however. If you want cabinets that will overpower your kitchen or if you are looking at tile that may not work for your bathroom, we will not shy away from telling you. But still, you will not have to wrest away your project from us because our designers will not go full steam ahead without consulting you. With that said, the designers at New Face Kitchen Systems are professionals who know that when it is all said and done, it is your bathroom or kitchen that is being remodeled or refaced and not their own.

And we encourage our clients to communicate openly with us as well. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our performance, let us know and we will do all that we can to correct it. We want you to be pleased and we want you to be able to tell your friends and family that you had a great experience with your remodel because you chose us.

We want your input! Getting information on your likes, dislikes and your intentions for using a room help us to make design suggestions that you will really love. We are there to guide you, not to dictate or steer you in a certain direction because we need to unload inventory.

We like nothing better than to use our creativity to help you enjoy your home more. There is an exchange of ideas that takes place and we learn something new on each project.

We can also provide you with samples that you can take home to get an idea of how your bathroom or kitchen will look.  You’ll find that a visit to our showroom can be a lot of fun because we can show you styles, fixtures and cabinetry that you may not have considered before.
