Dear Tom and Brandy,

We recently completed what was called a small (10 x 10) kitchen remodel with your company.  We couldn’t be happier with the quality, workmanship, and look of the finished product!  There were many people in your company that we would like to note that helped us along the way, notably Dave Bryant our master craftsman, Brook at the front desk for constantly reassuring us and Brandy, the granite queen!

The decision to select your company involved getting to the crossing point of three factors:  (1) dissatisfaction with our 24 year old kitchen, (2) creating a vision of what we wanted thru showroom visits, magazine articles and tours (online and in person) of other remodels and (3) having the finances align with our vision.

We had waited many years to upgrade the kitchen to finally realize our dream.  At the 2009 Seattle Home Show, we meet Dennis Delaney and were so impressed with his confidence and expertise, that when we finally were able to pursue the remodel in March 2010, he was the first person we called.  He presented us with a design that worked for us.

Our project manager was perfect for us.  His communication and patience was superlative.  His timeliness, work ethic and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.  He was confident, cleaned up the job site daily, and helped us “mentally” through the process as well.  He could articulate the process and visually showed us the schedules and steps that were happening.  That “setting of expectations” was a great comfort to us.

Brandy’s guidance at the granite yard was another confidence builder.  Her assessment of our style, as well as her grace and experience in showing us thru the warehouse were very much appreciated.

It will almost be one month since the completion of the kitchen and we are ready to share this great design with family and friends.  We definitely will be recommending NFKS to everyone and know they can have the same results.
