Here is a letter I just had to share. We are so fortunate to attract the best employees available. Hearing that they treat our customers this way is so reassuring. Thanks Chad, and thank you Marilyn for sharing.

In addition to our letter of thanks to you and all in your company, it is our wish to express our particular satisfaction in having Chad O. as our installer.

From our observation, he is a fine young man with outstanding character and high ideals. His personality is engaging and we looked forward to his arrival every morning. He has confidence in himself and in his ability. His enthusiasm for his work with attention to all of the little details was a pleasure to see. As excited as we were to see the completion of our kitchen, we were not anxious to see him move on to his next job where we expect he will do another outstanding job, make another of your customers very happy with the remodeling experience, and demonstrate all of the traits that make him a valuable asset to NFKS.

He, as well as everyone we met at New Face Kitchen Systems, take a lot of pride in working together to provide excellence in the remodeling experience.
