From the moment the first floor covering was taped down to the final installation, it was nothing but a pleasure to have your installer Bob working in our home. He was very professional – arriving when he said he would, making sure we understood what was happening and going to happen, and his work is exceptional. Everything that Bob did, everything that he installed looks beautiful. His meticulous works stands out. I can’t think of anyone I’d rather have come into my home. He made what can be a difficult and frustrating project almost easy, and he was also very thoughtful of us.

We really enjoyed our experience with New Face Kitchens and we now have a beautiful kitchen.

From the moment I walked into their showroom the people were very friendly and let us take our time looking at cabinets in their beautiful displays. I was not pressured. The whole experience of refacing my kitchen was a no stress or doubtful experience. Getting the granite I wanted was great! All the workers I dealt with were honest and helpful and I trusted leaving them to my house.

Beautiful Bathroom

We have recently finished our bathroom remodel project with New Face! In general, the experience was relatively painless. Having never embarked on a remodel project, I had only a limited understanding of what to expect.

Many of my friends who have remodeled parts of their homes warned me to anticipate long delays and missed deadlines. I am happy to report that our project was completed in a timely manner. The project stayed on task due to the “anything is possible” drive of our project manager Tyler Swift. He made an otherwise very stressful experience manageable. Tyler and NFKS subcontractors arrived on time and kept construction debris and dust to a minimum. Outside of the construction zone, Tyler made sure to protect the house floors in the construction path.

Of course, no remodel is without its trials. Our remodel journey revealed a few unexpected challenges during various stages of installation. Despite the occasional bump in the road, Tyler always remained calm and professional. More importantly, he consistently resolved problems and concerns quickly. Tyler is a reliable, diligent, and conscientious worker. In addition, he has a pleasant personality that is easy to work with.

I would also like to recognize our tile installation expert, Emil. Large parts of our bathroom remodel involved tile work. Emil is an extremely hard working and talented tile artisan. He kept us aware of potential problematic issues that arose and provided options that would address complications and satisfy our concerns.

The finished product is a beautiful bathroom that we will enjoy for years to come.

We have a wonderful new kitchen and bathrooms thanks to your company’s technique and the quality craftsmanship of your installers. Both were professional and very helpful with knowledgeable suggestions when we had to make decisions as the work progressed.

Brandy made the granite decision so much easier than we anticipated. She knew within a few minutes what we wanted.

We wanted to thank you for our beautiful new kitchen! It has made such a difference and we are enjoying it so much. The staff was wonderful to work with. We want to thank our designer for her insight, the tile designer for helping with the backsplash and our biggest thanks goes to our installer for his thoughtful, superior work. He was amazing. The job is well done, clean, on time and he took such care in all the details. Overall, this was an easy process for us and we love the results.

Kitchen Perfection!

Kitchen perfection! Our project was just finished and we love our new kitchen. It was worth every second. From the day I walked into your showroom and was greeted and helped with such fun and enthusiasm, I knew that we would enjoy this process with your company.

Starting with our designer who helped us with the beginning plan to bring our outdated cabinets up to date. He was very knowledgeable in the color and style of door/drawers that we wanted, making several wonderful suggestions. He also helped me decide on a few design choices where I needed help. I really trusted his honest opinions.

Then our engineer, who amazed me with his ability to do exact measurements, spent a lot of time discussing just what I wanted and how it would look. I was thrilled when he figured out a way to keep my large pull out cutting board and also convinced me that we should get new drawers that slide in and out so smoothly. Worth every extra penny.

I can’t say enough about our incredible and amazing project manager. Loved the conversations we had and his humor. We really appreciated how much care he took keeping the dust down and cleaning up every night. He managed every detail perfectly and came up with a few ways to get around several glitches that came up.

We plan to redo the master bath and will only use your company. Many thanks to each and every person who worked with us to transform our kitchen into a showplace.

In May 2011, New Face Kitchen Systems remodeled 2 bathrooms. Our installer did an outstanding job with all of the work he performed. He was always on time and very conscientious with his clean-up each day. He was always considerate of our living space while the project was in progress. He is a rare combination of a great people person as well as a master carpenter and meticulous craftsman.

Our master bathroom is unique, looks beautiful and is extremely functional. His design increased the storage capacity by at least four times, within existing space constraints.

An added bonus was the ability to pick out our granite slab and position the templates on the granite. This allowed us to meet other wonderful New Face staff, as well as an opportunity to tour the production facility in Woodinville.

We have been impressed with the entire staff at NFKS. Everyone has treated us well and has been very professional. NFKS provides products, services and talent that no other company in the field offers. We have had our kitchen, powder room, guest bathroom and master bathroom designed and built by New Face Kitchens and have been happy with all of the results.
