Mr. Tom Phelps at New Face Kitchen Systems,

This is a letter to let you know, how much we truly, “love” our new kitchen. It is everything my husband and I could’ve wanted and more. Your installer Rod was very timely, always willing to listen and his attention to detail incredible. He is truly a craftsman and an honor to his trade. His attitude showed in his work and he always made sure we were happy with the day-to-day outcome.

Your company is truly one of the best, and we appreciated all of the little things New Face Kitchens did to add to the exciting change of our house. From the chocolate chip (warm) cookies, to the clean-up every day of the work area, was incredible. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who wanted a “dream” kitchen done, and done right. Your professionalism and quality is the standard in this profession. Thanks to you and your staff for all of the wonderful help and suggestions in making our “dream” kitchen design happen.

We are delighted with the results of our recent kitchen remodel. Our experience with your team was nothing less than exceptional. From the moment we entered your showroom we were treated as if our project was the most important on you have ever done. From the receptionist, the designer, to the engineer, and to the installer (Bob), it was total professionalism 100% o f the way.

Everything went as advertised from the time we signed the contract until completion of the project. There were no surprises along the way.

We want to express how absolutely wonderful Bob is. He always kept us informed each day as to what was going to be done or any changes to the schedule. Start to finish was 19 days exactly as planned. For those days Bob became part of our family. Even our Golden Retrieve Si, looked forward to seeing him everyday. You couldn’t hire a better PR individual than Bob. He is extremely proud to work for your company and his workmanship reflects that.

Recently, my husband and I had new cabinets put in our kitchen by your company and I just wanted to tell you how thoroughly pleased we are with the project.

Starting with the initial phone call I made to inquire about your company I was impressed with the professionalism in which the receptionist handled the call. To be totally truthful when I made the initial call I dialed the number thinking it was a local number (we live in Tacoma). I had intended on using a local company but I was so impressed by that initial call for information I decided to move forward and schedule an appointment for a Sales Rep to come to the house. Again, I fully expected to be using a local company. Then, when Lisa arrived and explained about your company and product we were once again impressed by the level of professionalism in which the presentation was handled. At this point we were hooked. We decided to go with your company and are now SO glad that we did.

Nathan, was our project engineer. He did a great job. He was thorough and forthcoming. I had so many questions during our first meeting. He was very patient and clear in his explanations. I even emailed further questions to him as I thought of issues or concerns. He was very timely in his responses and encouraged me to contact him as I thought of more questions. I really appreciated his patience.

Finally, as the project progressed our Project Manager and installer, Tony, came on site. When I found out that he alone was going to be taking out the old cabinets and putting in the new I was totally blown away. I was thinking, “Oh man, how is this going to work? What have we gotten into?” However, once he started working we knew we had nothing to worry about. He was GREAT!!!! We couldn’t have asked for anybody better. He worked so hard: I don’t think I ever saw him take a break. He was professional yet friendly. He was considerate of our schedules and patient with our questions. At the end of each day he cleaned up the project as to lessen the inconvenience to us and really tried to make things run as smoothly for us as possible. Bottom line…. Tony did an outstanding job for us. We enjoyed having him there.

I must tell you that when a very good friend of mine came to see the new kitchen as she walked around the corner her mouth actually fell open. Her exact words were, “I hate you. This looks like a picture out of a magazine!” She is right…It does. I am absolutely thrilled.
