My husband and I have been using our new kitchen for two months now, and we’re thankful for all the hard work their team put into this project.  When we started looking for someone to remodel our 40+ year-old kitchen, we considered a wide variety of options, including doing the whole thing ourselves.  From the first time we met with our designer Mark, we knew we found the right company for our job!  He took our ideas, threw in may of his own, and helped us create a functional, beautiful kitchen out of a dark, cramped room.  We were also able to stay in the budget we’d set as Mark found as many discounts and less expensive options without compromising quality in any way.

Our contractor Jim was fabulous as well!  He was very patient with our questions and requests (and three dogs), and his attention to details made all the difference in the kitchen.  He offered suggestions as we went along that enhanced the overall project.  Most importantly, we felt completely at ease leaving on our vacation and knowing that he’d finish up without our direct oversight.

Not only is our kitchen now more usable, but the project was completed so quickly and without excessive cost.  We get so many compliments on the room, and we’ve been recommending New Face Kitchen Systems to our friends.  We’ll give you a call when we’re ready to redo our bathroom!

Both my husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen.  It has been so beautifully designed.  It’s new brightness, the added amount of storage space and the complete all over appearance is a joy to work in.  The skill and craftsmanship are all above average.

Our project manager was wonderful.  He prepared and cleaned up so wll and did an amazing job.  He was patient and very gracious – especially to my little dog (who did not want him in her kitchen!). 

My neighbors all have “kitchen envy”.  They are amazed when I tell them how easy it was from start to finish.  No surprises and done on schedule.  I am more than happy to share my experience and your name with them.

We were extremely pleased with the courteous showroom staff, with the quality of the cabinets and with the granite – both selection and template placement.  The dry-wall, plumbing and electrical tradesmen wee friendly, helpful, thorough and always on schedule!  Each of them did extra work to update and improve existing conditions. 

Our installer was excellent in all his area of responsibility.  His craftsmanship is top-notch.  He handled both major and minor changes we requested with a positive attitude.  He worked diligently each day and completed the installation ahead of schedule. 

We will recommend New Face Kitchens to family and friends.

Thanks to all who had a part in our kitchen remodel!

For years I have heard horror stores about remodeling projects.  I don’t know what I was worried about.  Our kitchen remodel went better than expected.  From beginning to end, I found our team very easy to work with.  Everything proceeded as they said it would, on time and with no unpleasant surprises.

Dennis, our designer helped us find more storage space in our tiny kitchen and designed a kitchen that I can be proud of. 

Bill our engineer was very thorough.  He painstakingly went through every detail of the kitchen design with us, answering our questions as we went.

I just can’t say enough about our installer, Dave.  He was a joy to work with.  He was always prompt, pleasant, courteous, hardworking and professional.  He took extra care to minimize the remodel’s impact on the rest of our home and he left the jobsite spotless at the end of each day.  Each morning he took the time to explain his plans and expectations for the day, always making sure that I was up to date, that my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the results.  I especially appreciated his attention to detail.  It was evident in all that he did that he takes pride in his work.  It was truly a pleasure to work with him.

The men and women in the cabinet and pain workshop should also be given judos for producing a beautiful product.  The glass doors turned out even better than I imagined.  I love the cabinet finishes and my family and I look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.  The cabinets are truly gorgeous.  Thanks for BEAUTIFUL job!

Brandy was delightful, knowledgeable and very patient as we traipsed from one granite showroom to the next, never giving up until she was confident that we were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Jim offered some helpful suggestions both during the templating process and while placing the template on the stone. He was very patient.  I changed my mind several times during the placement and he continued to move the templates until I was satisfied.

Tiffany, the tile designer was also very patient with me.  I was reluctant to choose tile before I had a sample of my granite in hand and she never pressured me to hurry.  She allowed me to proceed at my own pace and encouraged me to look around, visit tile showrooms and to operate within my own comfort level.  I appreciated her patience with me and her tolerance of my indecisiveness.

I don’t want to forget to express my gratitude and thanks to the people behind the desk at NFKS.  They were always friendly and exhibited a caring attitude every time I visited the showroom or spoke on the phone with one of them.  Thank you for taking customer service seriously and for always making me feel welcome.

I did not encounter any of the problems that I potentially could have during this kitchen remodel and I believe that it is because of the quality of people that you employ.  I’m very happy with my NFKS experience.
