Dear NFKS.

I want to tell you how pleased we are with our new bathrooms.  They are fantastic!  From the look of the cabinets and the matching wood-framed mirrors, one can see that time was taken in constructing them.  They are so smooth.  All the seams fit and line-up perfectly.  The corian counters and sinks are elegant compared to what we had.  I love the way the sinks just form to the countertops.  No lips or over-hangs.  The floors are great too….I like the feel of them and the tile-look.

Everyone did an excellent job:  Dave was in charge of putting much of our remodel together and scheduling the various jobs, was very knowledgeable and a real perfectionist!  He always kept us informed as to what would be done and when.  Your dry wall man was in and out before we knew it but did a super job.  What an efficient worker!  The flooring men worked very efficiently and always asked us, if they had any questions.  The men who took measurements, constructed and set our beautiful corian counters ….they also did an excellent job.

Everyone on this project showed respect and politeness.  Their presence in our home was never a problem.  And, they took time to clean up their area after the work had been completed.

We are wondering now why we didn’t do this all sooner.  We are definitely pleased with our new bathrooms and will not hesitate to recommend New Face Kitchen Systems, Inc. to others.  Thank you!

Any home remodel project is naturally approached with a certain amount of trepidation.  We took comfort in the fact that your company has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and we were impressed with the seminar you hosted at your showroom but there is always some concern that things will go well.

There are no superlatives to properly express our satisfaction with the process and the results of our kitchen remodel.  From beginning to end your representatives were courteous, helpful and more professional that anyone could expect.  We would also like to single out the project manager for special thanks.  Your team finished on time (actually early) and on budget.

We would like to express our thanks for a great kitchen reface.  It transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautiful workspace that we love!  NFKS certainly delivered what was promised and more.  The final product shows your dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

Throughout the project, your company listened to what we wanted to accomplish and made great recommendations to improve functionality within the kitchen.  In addition, Brandy’s help in selecting our beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash to match our cabinets was invaluable.

Most importantly, we want to say how much we appreciate our installer.  Having your kitchen torn up for several weeks is a hassle, but he made it seem much less so.  Keeping the dishwasher hooked up as much as possible was a major plus for the family.  He suggested that we have NFKS build vertical dividers into the cabinet above our refrigerator instead of purchasing premade wire versions.  This simple recommendation resulted in the single most functional addition to our kitchen.  We also like the counter mounted disposal button and his suggestion to round off the corners of the granite countertop by the cook top.  Finally, he made every effore to keep us informed of the progress and left the work area clean and tidy when he left for the day.

The whole process was a very positive experience for us.  We would not hesitate for a second to recommend NFKS.  The next time we remodel, NFKS will be our choice.

We have been so pleased with our updated kitchen from New Face Kitchens.  They were recommended to us by friends who had their kitchen done about 5 years ago.  Most of our cabinets were refaced but we did have 3 new cabinets installed.  You cannot tell the difference between the new and refaced cabinets!

Our installer did all of the work and he was very professional.  He gave me an update each day on the progress.  A couple glitches came up as we went through the process but he explained the best course of action and why it was the best course of action.  He was very patient with my many questions.

The work space was always left clean and orderly.  He needed to use part of our garage to store the larger items and that was kept orderly as well. 

Brandy helped us choose our granite and we couldn’t be happier.  She listened as we explained what we liked and what we didn’t like.  She was quite familiar with the pieces the granite suppliers carried and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.  We would definitely use New Face Kitchens again!

It was a delight to have you do our bathrooms.  They turned out beautiful.  I love the cabinets, and I don’t know how I lived without the wonderful soft closing drawers.  No more slamming cabinets!

Not being the greatest at designing my own bathrooms, I got a lot of help from your friendly staff.  Your designer was wonderful helping me put together the colors and design.  When I needed changes, she was on top of it.  She was wonderful guiding me through this project.  And with so many different colors of tiles, your tile designer was a great help in that department. 

Then when all that was put together, you gave us a wonderful contractor.  He did a great job.  Nice, sweet young man that we felt safe leaving him in charge of our bathrooms and home.  We have a few things after the job was done that needed taken care of and he was on it until it got done. 

When I need work done again, I will be calling you.  You have high quality cabinets with a high quality staff.  A pleasure doing business with you.

It has been several weeks since my kitchen remodel was completed and I continue to be amazed at the transformation it has made to my house.  I cannot thank you and your team enough for all of your efforts.

I entered this process with great trepidation because of the cost and disruption that a kitchen remodel entails.  Your crew really made it much easier than I imagined.  First, our designer listened to what I wanted.  He suggested things that would and wouldn’t work for my space, and I felt it was a collaboration.   Our project manager was excellent.  He was methodical and his workmanship was great.  He kept me informed of the schedule and he cleaned up every night!  (I’ve had other contractors who did not clean up, so I know what a difference it makes.)

Speaking of other contractors, your firm did something the others did not:  come in on time and on budget.  So perfect was the timing that I was able to schedule a work barbeque at my house the next work day after the kitchen was finished!

I have already recommended New Face Kitchen Systems to several friends who have seen the new kitchen and who are as amazed by the transformation as I am.  Thank you again for the great work of your entire team.
