Working with New Face Kitchens took what sounded like a very scary process – a total kitchen remodel – and made it fun.  From the first minute I walked into the showroom door to the very last phone call the staff at New Face Kitchens was friendly and competent, always providing great customer service. 

Karen’s design, of course, was magical.  She listened to our “wants” and drew up plans for a fabulous new kitchen, all in a very creative way.  Her final design gave us the courage to go forward.

Bill engineered Karen’s design down to the infinite detail, assuring us that everything could all be implemented in the way we had hoped, even within the confines and restrictions of a condominium.

Throughout the construction process, our master carpenter was a joy to work with, and a true gentleman.  Because of his extensive skill and experience, he offered us additional suggestions as the work progressed, all of which added to the quality of the finished product.

When we discovered later a problem with a cabinet door, they immediately analyzed the situation and quickly we had the perfect solution.

Of course, we realize many other people worked behind the scenes and thank you to all of you!

Our kitchen remodel was completed and inspected in June and the results are outstanding.

Each evening we could sneak a peak at the remodel as the project moved along.  Each step of the way your Project Manager was open to our questions and explained the work to follow.  We were impressed with the care taken to get each step perfect.

Brandy, you made the granite selection an overwhelming experience, educational and a pleasure.

Tom your staff in your showroom was very patient with us in helping to choose the color for the cabinets and the hardware.

The Project Manager was outstanding, always on time, always worked for perfection and accomplished that goal.

This past month we had NFKS reface many of our kitchen cabinets, replace others, and install a quartz countertop.  We are so pleased with the results.  Each of your personnel with whom we interacted was personable and professional, but we want to comment especially on the young man who was our installer.

Jim did an outstanding job.  Over the years we have engaged many individuals for a variety of jobs.  None have impressed us like Jim.  Not only were his carpentry skills superb, but his demeanor was outstanding.  Jim was prompt and reliable.  He did a “process check” daily to see if we had any questions or concerns.  At the end of the day, he left our house clean of any equipment needed for his job.  He spoke very highly of NFKS and treated each of the other personnel who worked on our kitchen with professionalism and respect.  His carpentry and installation skills are amazing.

Dear Signature Cabinets,

To say we love our new kitchen is an understatement!  It came out beautiful.  The only thing that was more enjoyable then the prefect ending was watching it come to life.  We chose Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens because of their quality and customer satisfaction but never understood how smoothly this kitchen remodel would actually go!  From the initial design by Mark to the installation by Nick we were guided through the process with professionals.  Nick treated our kitchen remodel as if he was building his dream home, everything was done perfectly.  The final walk thru is today and I don’t even have a punch list.

My husband and I would highly recommend Signature Cabinets and I can’t wait to have them back to do our master bathroom!

Dear NFKS.

I want to tell you how pleased we are with our new bathrooms.  They are fantastic!  From the look of the cabinets and the matching wood-framed mirrors, one can see that time was taken in constructing them.  They are so smooth.  All the seams fit and line-up perfectly.  The corian counters and sinks are elegant compared to what we had.  I love the way the sinks just form to the countertops.  No lips or over-hangs.  The floors are great too….I like the feel of them and the tile-look.

Everyone did an excellent job:  Dave was in charge of putting much of our remodel together and scheduling the various jobs, was very knowledgeable and a real perfectionist!  He always kept us informed as to what would be done and when.  Your dry wall man was in and out before we knew it but did a super job.  What an efficient worker!  The flooring men worked very efficiently and always asked us, if they had any questions.  The men who took measurements, constructed and set our beautiful corian counters ….they also did an excellent job.

Everyone on this project showed respect and politeness.  Their presence in our home was never a problem.  And, they took time to clean up their area after the work had been completed.

We are wondering now why we didn’t do this all sooner.  We are definitely pleased with our new bathrooms and will not hesitate to recommend New Face Kitchen Systems, Inc. to others.  Thank you!

Any home remodel project is naturally approached with a certain amount of trepidation.  We took comfort in the fact that your company has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and we were impressed with the seminar you hosted at your showroom but there is always some concern that things will go well.

We would like to express our thanks for a great kitchen reface.  It transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautiful workspace that we love!  NFKS certainly delivered what was promised and more.  The final product shows your dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

Throughout the project, your company listened to what we wanted to accomplish and made great recommendations to improve functionality within the kitchen.  In addition, Brandy’s help in selecting our beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash to match our cabinets was invaluable.

Most importantly, we want to say how much we appreciate our installer.  Having your kitchen torn up for several weeks is a hassle, but he made it seem much less so.  Keeping the dishwasher hooked up as much as possible was a major plus for the family.  He suggested that we have NFKS build vertical dividers into the cabinet above our refrigerator instead of purchasing premade wire versions.  This simple recommendation resulted in the single most functional addition to our kitchen.  We also like the counter mounted disposal button and his suggestion to round off the corners of the granite countertop by the cook top.  Finally, he made every effore to keep us informed of the progress and left the work area clean and tidy when he left for the day.

The whole process was a very positive experience for us.  We would not hesitate for a second to recommend NFKS.  The next time we remodel, NFKS will be our choice.
