We just finished the remodel of our kitchen and could not be any more pleased.  The entire process, from the initial design meeting to the closeout of the job, was handled thoroughly and professionally.  Pride of service and workmanship emanated from each team member we dealt with.  Even the team at the granite facility guided us and helped with the granite selection with  the utmost of enthusiasm and concern.  We appreciated that New Face Kitchens coordinated with all the trades needed to complete the job.  The one impressive fact that delighted us the most was making good on the start and finish date.  The job started  when expected and finished right on time. 

The standout employee during the process was Jim Sherman.  He was punctual, kept us informed about every detail, and has a terrific work ethic.   He started each day with the same question: do you have any questions or concerns about what has been done?  His care for the client, dedication to the job, pride of workmanship, and his talent to work in a neat and efficient way is beyond the typical customer service we have been forced to except in today’s service and trade environment.  Jim truly cared that we were happy with every detail and was notably aware and concerned that we were displaced for the three weeks while the new kitchen was going in.   His positive “can-do” attitude is to be commended!

Thank you for a magnificent experience.  The new kitchen is a tremendous improvement over the previous design and we are enjoying it immensely.

Our job was always neat and tidy at the end of each day.  Kept well informed of progress and answered questions readily.  Everyone was polite and helpful, never felt they were in the way or we were in their way.

I just wanted to let you know how much Clare and I are enjoying our new kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  The cherry refacing has really improved the look and feel of our home and is a joy to come home to after a long day at work.  Your team did an excellent job from the initial visit to the final inspection and they were very competent and professional with all aspects of the project.

Our installer, whom we dealt with on a daily basis, did a fantastic job and is an experienced craftsman.  The quality of the workmanship is truly outstanding!  In addition, he was on time every day, was extremely careful not to damage anything in our home, was very tidy, gave us daily updates, discussed options with us and offered some great suggestions.  He really made the whole experience enjoyable and is a great asset to your company.  From what I have heard and seen, your company appears to treat its employees well and has a winning strategy in place.

Thanks to New Face again for a fantastic remodel!  We had three bathrooms remodeled and the project was a huge success.  Our project manager, Jim Sherman, was fantastic in his organization, timing, remodeling skills and managing the subcontractor’s projects.  It is one thing to have all these people working in your kitchen, which we did in 2004, as the kitchen is a very common place for entertaining guests.  When you have people working in your bathrooms, especially your master bath, this is your private space in your home.  Jim was very respectful of our home and made sure all the contractors that came in our home were made aware of our wishes.  He worked very well in organizing the remodel.

The bathrooms look great, and the heated floor is just wonderful!

The later part of the year 2010, we decided to upgrade our kitchen.  We were curious as to the cost of refacing our cabinets in addition to rebuilding our kitchen island and granite countertops.

Fortuitously, we attended a demonstration in your store.  After meeting with your designer, we decided it best to contract with Signature Cabinets to take care of everything.  A remaining concern was the mess and possible damage to adjoining rooms resulting from the destruction of existing cabinets with the normal dust and debris resulting from construction.

Our installer assured us that we would be careful and respect our concerns.  On the very first day, the area where he working was left cleaner than it was before he started.  Each day when he finished, not only was the workspace in our kitchen and family room left very clean, but the garage and walking space from the garage to our kitchen, was left immaculate.

He was prompt each morning, and kept us apprised of what he expected to complete by the end of each day and week.  It seemed he was as much an artist as a carpenter.  He was always friendly and conducted himself with a very professional demeanor.

Your installer is indeed a valuable asset and represents your company in the highest order.  We cannot give him and higher recommendation.  We have been treated with the highest respect from your company and especially appreciate our installer.

We’ve enjoyed our experience working with the New Face Kitchen Systems family.  From the time we first met our designer, we’ve been pleased.  He really understood what we wanted and made suggestions – and asked questions I hadn’t even thought of.  The design is both practical and beautiful.

My husband was sold when we attended your kitchen clinic and he saw the quality and design of your cabinets as they were being built, as well as the demonstration. 

I want to thank the showroom staff who was very kind to me and my daughter.  They went out of there way to help us pick out samples and answer questions.  It was also very helpful for me to be able to go to your facility and place the template on my granite, choosing the exact part of the stone I liked best. 

Last but not least, I really enjoyed working with our project manager.  He was skilled, honest, courteous and above all, professional.  He was always on time and even showed up when it snowed and none of our neighbors braved the roads!  He was great about answering questions and always left my home clean.  I really enjoyed working with him and would absolutely request him on any future projects we do with NFKS!

Before the old year comes to a close, I want to write and tell you how much we love newly remodeled kitchen.  We have entertained quite a lot over the holidays and have received many compliments on our cabinets and on the expert workmanship of the installer who installed the cabinets, moldings and appliances.

He oversaw all aspects of the remodel fro start to finish.  He did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.  He was always willing to answer our questions and keep us posted on every phase of the remodel.

Thank you so much for our absolutely beautiful kitchen and two (2) bathroom vanities refacing project, and congratulations to you for having clearly developed a successful and repeatable approach and system, which goes a long way for consistent customer satisfaction.  We are truly impressed!  Though there were decisions and additional details to work out along the way (as with any remodeling undertaking), the job was completed well within the scheduled timeline.  We thoroughly enjoyed breaking in our new kitchen for Thanksgiving.  Once again, you and your team are awesome.

In particular, we would like to call out some of your team members that really made a difference.  Mark Crawford, our designer, took the time and effort to make sure that our needs and desires were well documented, so that we simply executed on that plan to complete our project.  Kevin, our installer, far exceeded our expectations.  He made sure that we always understood the scheduled events, our place was always left clean and livable (we always got our sink back every evening!), and any unexpected challenges were always addressed well in advance of any impact to schedule and/or quality.  Brook Fleming, our showroom office manager, always made sure that everything was well coordinated and that we were happy with the results and progress.  This was our first remodeling endeavor, and these three people made it hugely successful and enjoyable.  We would highly recommend NFKS! 

Another unforeseen benefit of working with NFKS was their solid relationship with related industry vendors for kitchen appliances and bathroom sinks and fixtures.  Not only were the discounts helpful, but the vendors also made sure to coordinate all deliveries and installations to minimize disruption to the project timeline.  All of the vendors we worked with commented on the high quality and professional expertise of NFKS.
