Both my husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen.  It has been so beautifully designed.  It’s new brightness, the added amount of storage space and the complete all over appearance is a joy to work in.  The skill and craftsmanship are all above average.

Our project manager was wonderful.  He prepared and cleaned up so wll and did an amazing job.  He was patient and very gracious – especially to my little dog (who did not want him in her kitchen!). 

My neighbors all have “kitchen envy”.  They are amazed when I tell them how easy it was from start to finish.  No surprises and done on schedule.  I am more than happy to share my experience and your name with them.

We were extremely pleased with the courteous showroom staff, with the quality of the cabinets and with the granite – both selection and template placement.  The dry-wall, plumbing and electrical tradesmen wee friendly, helpful, thorough and always on schedule!  Each of them did extra work to update and improve existing conditions. 

Our installer was excellent in all his area of responsibility.  His craftsmanship is top-notch.  He handled both major and minor changes we requested with a positive attitude.  He worked diligently each day and completed the installation ahead of schedule.

For years I have heard horror stores about remodeling projects.  I don’t know what I was worried about.  Our kitchen remodel went better than expected.  From beginning to end, I found our team very easy to work with.  Everything proceeded as they said it would, on time and with no unpleasant surprises.

Dennis, our designer helped us find more storage space in our tiny kitchen and designed a kitchen that I can be proud of. 

Bill our engineer was very thorough.  He painstakingly went through every detail of the kitchen design with us, answering our questions as we went.

I just can’t say enough about our installer, Dave.  He was a joy to work with.  He was always prompt, pleasant, courteous, hardworking and professional.  He took extra care to minimize the remodel’s impact on the rest of our home and he left the jobsite spotless at the end of each day.  Each morning he took the time to explain his plans and expectations for the day, always making sure that I was up to date, that my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the results.  I especially appreciated his attention to detail.  It was evident in all that he did that he takes pride in his work.  It was truly a pleasure to work with him.

The men and women in the cabinet and pain workshop should also be given judos for producing a beautiful product.  The glass doors turned out even better than I imagined.  I love the cabinet finishes and my family and I look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.  The cabinets are truly gorgeous.  Thanks for BEAUTIFUL job!

Brandy was delightful, knowledgeable and very patient as we traipsed from one granite showroom to the next, never giving up until she was confident that we were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Jim offered some helpful suggestions both during the templating process and while placing the template on the stone. He was very patient.  I changed my mind several times during the placement and he continued to move the templates until I was satisfied.

Tiffany, the tile designer was also very patient with me.  I was reluctant to choose tile before I had a sample of my granite in hand and she never pressured me to hurry.  She allowed me to proceed at my own pace and encouraged me to look around, visit tile showrooms and to operate within my own comfort level.  I appreciated her patience with me and her tolerance of my indecisiveness.

I don’t want to forget to express my gratitude and thanks to the people behind the desk at NFKS.  They were always friendly and exhibited a caring attitude every time I visited the showroom or spoke on the phone with one of them.  Thank you for taking customer service seriously and for always making me feel welcome.

I did not encounter any of the problems that I potentially could have during this kitchen remodel and I believe that it is because of the quality of people that you employ.  I’m very happy with my NFKS experience.

My husband and I went to a kitchen remodel clinic held at NFSK for the rumored great food and were blown away with the many different kitchen displays with newly available technologies. The resurfacing aspect of the cabinets resulted in cabinets that were not only prettier than the original but many times resulted in a better quality cabinet than the originals were brand new. New cabinets installed would have soundless, self-closing doors that completely put us over the top. As we had current issues with our kitchen we decided to make an appointment and discuss the possibities.

Ronda Roubanis, the professional designer, presented us with so many choices, our heads were spinning before too long. We walked among the many displays discussing what we liked and helped us develop a vision that we soon became very excited about. The next appointment was at our home for the measuring and further discussion about the logistics of the rearrangements that provided us with the most optimal result. Ronda spend as much time as we needed for questions and problem issues. For us we needed a lot of time for our concerns, yet Ronda never gave us the impression she was pressed for time. I so appreciated her suggestions for practicality as well as elegance to the finished product.

The next appointment was with the designing engineer, Bill. He made certain the plans were exactly as we understood them and measured to the nth degree for every possible inch or angle for esthetics and functionality. Again we were impressed with the character of an employee giving the client full attention regardless of the number of questions or concerns, voicing his own questions for full clarification for the specs.

The selection of the granite I thought would be mind-boggling, but Brandi’s reputation for having insight, after meeting with someone and asking the right questions were found to be spot on. We LOVE our granite tops. We can’t stop stroking it. Brandi is a true genius in the kitchen, in many different ways.

Tiffany Brown, the tile designer, was the last professional to meet with and make further choices before the project would actually begin. Again the friendly, relaxed, inviting mannerism helped in making the selection exciting. We discussed a number of possible arrangements, but her experienced hands gave us a look that brings comments of awe from friends and family, males as well as females.

The project started and there is nothing fun about going without a kitchen for 3 weeks. Washing dishes in the bathroom, eating microwave foods, getting foods out of a refrigerator wrapped in plastic wrap, but the project carpenter covered the boundaries of the room and thoroughly covered any walkways to contain the dust that is inevitable during a reconstruction project. He had fans to exhaust most of the dust outside and suffered wearing a respirator in order to protect the rest of the house. He worked quickly and efficiently, always taking necessary time to answer questions or consider our comments no matter how detailed or premature they were. He as well as the plumber, electrician, and dry-waller were pleasant and hard-working, giving us top quality results we will continue to be proud of for many years. The project actually completed earlier than scheduled and with an end result that achieved the outcome we only dreamed was possible.

Now that the project is complete, my husband and I discussed if there would have been anything that we would have done differently if we had known. The answer is an incredulous NO, not to the smallest detail. We seriously could not be happier and our recommendations would go to New Face Signature Kitchens in a heartbeat.

 We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with the work done by New Face Kitchens to replace our kitchen island.  When we decided to replace our island, we interviewed several companies and selected New Face Kitchens on the basis of three criteria:  (1) ability to design an island that me out needs; (2) quality of workmanship; and (3) timeliness.

Ron of New Face Kitchens spent a significant amount of time understanding our needs and designing an island that addressed these.  Prior to finalizing the design, he sat with us for several hours, ensuring that both my husband and I were happy with both the aesthetic and functionality of the island.  The end product reflected his care and attention in doing so. 

The quality of workmanship was also a critical factor for us.  Bob installed our island and he surpassed every expectation we had for competence and service.  He arrived on time, kept us in the loop on progress and kept the worksite clean during and after his work day.  He also ensured that the space was functional for our use even while he was working, which was particularly important for us as we have a toddler in the house.  We cannot rave enough about his professionalism, good humor and willingness to ensure all of our needs were met. 

Finally, timeliness was a key issue.  We were expecting twins anytime and we needed to make sure that the work was com0pleted on schedule so that our babies didn’t arrive home to a kitchen under renovation!  Bob understood this objective and, in addition to filling us in on progress, he did everything possible to meet the agreed-upon timeliness.  Thanks to his efforts, the work was completed earlier than the deadline!

We were more than pleased with the work done by New Face Kitchens.  In addition to everything mentioned above, we found that all staff at the company were helpful and focused on providing useful advice.  We will recommend the company to any of our friends or colleagues planning a kitchen renovation.
