Our recent kitchen remodel has turned out so nicely and we enjoyed the experience with New Face Kitchens.  From the very beginning, everyone (from our designer to the many people who helped us in your showroom, the engineer and each of the on-site workers) was a pleasure to deal with.  Each person always carefully listened to what we wanted.  Each offered creative and practical suggestions that we found most helpful.  Without exception, each was extraordinarily professional in working with us.

We want to especially honor our installer for most of our kitchen remodel project.  From the first time we met him, he impressed us with his sincere commitment to do the best job possible working on our house and meeting our expectations for our new kitchen.  He constantly asked us questions and went over every detail of the project with us to confirm how we wanted things to turn out.

We were impressed with his exceptional carpentry and installation skills.  He was asked to remove doors, install a new exterior door, remove two windows and install new ones, replace exterior siding in the work area, remove cabinets (and install some in the garage), move walls and of course install the beautiful new cabinets and lots of trim detail.  Though he accomplished a lot in a short amount of time, he never appeared rushed and took his time with every detail of the job.  He was very organized and explained every day where he was in the project and what would be happening next.  He was also amazingly tidy.  Even the day before the old kitchen floor was to be removed, he was sweeping up every last bit of sawdust.  When he left every day, the place was immaculately clean.

It was a pleasure to work your team to remodel our kitchen in our home in Seattle.  The job went smoothly, was done professionally, and the results are fantastic.

We are very pleased in working together with our Project Manager.  He communicated very well, clarifying questions we had or just running ideas by us to make minor adjustments that provided the results we were looking for.  He was very professional in his approach, reliable, and he made sure the job site was kept organized during the construction phase.  At the end of the job, everything was clean and all of the debris was removed.  Bottom line is that the workmanship was top-notch.

Our Project Manager was also very accommodating after the work was done in the kitchen by drawing up a design for a fireplace surround in our kitchen area that we were considering on completing.

We recently completed our kitchen remodel with your company and wanted to write to let you know how pleased we were with the entire process, from our designer to our engineer and to our installer/project manager.  We have experienced several prior remodels and your company stands out as one of the most impressive with whom we have worked with.

The project manager was friendly, hard working, reliable, organized and conscientious with a focus on all the details of the project.  Every day he would arrive on time with a careful plan for the activities of the day.  He had a keen eye for the esthetic aspects of our kitchen remodel and offered valuable input so that the final work had a professional, finished look.  He was also very careful about cleaning up the job site at the end of every day, which made our lives much easier despite all the disruptions that remodeling entails. 

He also incorporated our ideas and input as we envisioned them.  He informed us about every step in the process and ensured that the remodeling moved forward in a very timely manner.   He did an excellent job keeping the job on schedule.

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom cabinet’s refaced, new countertop and flooring installed in each room.  Our designer came to our house and we went over all the details of the work required.  We looked at some of the samples he brought which gave us a good idea what we wanted.

Our next step was to go to the showroom and pick out the type and color of flooring and countertop we wanted.  Once we decided on the style of doors we wanted, Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchen Systems, Inc. supplied complimentary pulls and knobs for the cabinets and drawers.  Our Project Engineer was extremely helpful giving suggestions and answering any questions we had.  I was delighted to know I would get a new cutting board and tip out tray.

Our Project Manager was extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing.  His demeanor and personality were a pleasure to be around.  All garbage was removed and rooms cleaned daily before he left.

I chose Signature Cabinets for my kitchen remodel based largely on the quality of its website and showroom, but since the project began I’ve been struck by the professionalism and experience of everyone involved in the project.  The end result is worth every cent.  I’m very pleased with the refaced cabinets and the new lighting fixtures.  Friends of mine who’ve seen the new kitchen are equally impressed.

We want to specifically call out the excellent work of our project manager and thank him for all of the extra effort and attention he put in to make our kitchen outstanding.

Chad started his day early…earlier than we did in fact, but was gracious enough to sit with his coffee and paper until we were up and moving.  He let us know what to expect as the project rolled along, managing the flow of people in and out of the house and keeping us up to date on little delays or progress that had been made the day before.  He ended his day at our house by putting everything away and tidying up.  We’d come home to a kitchen that was clean and organized, free of little odds and ends or project debris.

He went out of his way to make things right.  Crooked walls?  Not a problem.  He built out the area around our pantry when it didn’t meet the wall so that everything was flush.  Ceiling a little higher over in this corner than that one?  Easily fixed without jeopardizing the lines in the kitchen.  Nothing in the plans for how to match up the granite to the kitchen windowsill?  He had suggestions, and executed on the final design so tht everything looked smooth and well-matched.  New switch plate installed a little crooked?  Chad caught it as soon as he walked into the kitchen and told the electricians it would have to be fixed.

Thank you to the designer, engineer and the granite and cabinetry team that crafted everything that went into our kitchen.  When recommending New Face Kitchen Systems in the future, we will strongly encourage our friends and colleagues to go with you!
