We want to take this opportunity to express our satisfaction with the results of our kitchen remodel project.  Though Signature Cabinets, New Face Kitchens as a whole was an excellent company to work with and their employees all along the way did a great job, what made this project stand out was the work and personality of our installer/project manager.

He took care not to mess up the house and cleaned up each day on leaving.  His attention to detail and explanations of what was going on as the project progressed was great.  His workmanship in dealing with a 32 year old un-square house was impeccable.  I recommend New Face Kitchen Systems!

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced and are very happy with the results.  However, as much as we like our cabinets, it was your employees who made this experience so very positive.  Whether it was dealing with all our questions, many visits to the showroom, counting & recounting cabinet knobs, and helping choose cabinet color, your employees came through with flying colors.

• Demetri was our salesman.  He was knowledgeable and helpful and even did a drawing when we had problems visualizing the end result.  He always took time to answer our questions with a great deal of patience. 
• We don’t remember the name of the engineer who came out to measure but were very impressed with his ability to deal with our changes as well as measure everything perfectly. 
• Jim was the installer.  He really did keep everything clean and organized.  We even took a picture at the end of the day because we couldn’t believe how clean the kitchen was!  We felt he was a top notch installer.
• Jim Lempke did our walk thru.  We found some minor problems but Jim had all of them corrected within 24 hours.

We’re really proud of how the kitchen looks, love our cabinets, especially the pot drawers and garbage pullout, thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone and have already recommended your company to friends.

We want to express our thanks and appreciation to the owners and employees of NFKS for the remodeling project, including a complete remodel of our kitchen, bathroom and wet bar.  We were looking for the following in a builder:  deep professional experience, a turnkey solution, expert design help, strict attention to schedule and budget, and talented but very patient people who were easy and enjoyable to work with.

We attended a Kitchen Clinic at there showroom and loved meeting Tom & Brandy.  It confirmed we were moving in the right direction with our choice of builder.  We hit the jackpot with NFKS.  They have a process and a business painstakingly designed to hit all their goals and they follow it religiously.  They are also led by committed and energetic owners who have built a great culture and have used it to attract a virtual ‘family’ of great people.

Our installer/project manager was very patient and talented craftsman and understood clearly the stress this puts on a homeowner and did everything he could to reduce it.  The work was to take 4 weeks and it ended up only taking 3.  He was reliably there every day and didn’t stop until it was complete. 

We talked to many others before our project who told us to be prepared for a nightmare – endless problems, cost overruns, and mind-numbing delays.  Everyone was astounded that our project wasn’t delayed by unforeseen problems, but was actually done early.  I think a big driver of their organization and efficiency is that they have enough workers and processes under their control.

We are so happy with how our project turned out.  We can’t believe how beautiful it is; it has made our whole house more welcoming and relaxing.  We hope this is helpful to any considering a remodel and whose needs mirror ours.

My husband and I have been using our new kitchen for two months now, and we’re thankful for all the hard work their team put into this project.  When we started looking for someone to remodel our 40+ year-old kitchen, we considered a wide variety of options, including doing the whole thing ourselves.  From the first time we met with our designer Mark, we knew we found the right company for our job!  He took our ideas, threw in may of his own, and helped us create a functional, beautiful kitchen out of a dark, cramped room.  We were also able to stay in the budget we’d set as Mark found as many discounts and less expensive options without compromising quality in any way.

Our contractor Jim was fabulous as well!  He was very patient with our questions and requests (and three dogs), and his attention to details made all the difference in the kitchen.  He offered suggestions as we went along that enhanced the overall project.  Most importantly, we felt completely at ease leaving on our vacation and knowing that he’d finish up without our direct oversight.

Not only is our kitchen now more usable, but the project was completed so quickly and without excessive cost.  We get so many compliments on the room, and we’ve been recommending New Face Kitchen Systems to our friends.  We’ll give you a call when we’re ready to redo our bathroom!
