 I would like to thank you and your team for a great remodeling job!  The work was extensive as it included the master bathroom, the kids’ bathroom, the laundry room and installing a new hardwood floor.  But it was done in a timely manner and to our great satisfaction; it started in December 2009 and was finished by mid February 2010 as scheduled! 

 The project manager was very cooperative and very easy to work with; he paid attention to details and coordinated all aspects of the project.  This company was very professional and did high quality work.

 The tile work is beautiful.  The tile setter worked meticulously for weeks on the brick pattern chosen for the master bathroom and even added on some details and finishes to make it look perfect.  I told my friends:  my favorite place in the house is the master bathroom because it looks like a spa!  And when they saw it they agreed!

 I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors, as I told them you are a great company and gave me peace of mind when the job went smoothly.  You can rely on this company’s good customer service.

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how happy we are with our kitchen cabinet refacing.  They look beautiful. 

We were very impressed with the presentation give by our designer.  He was very helpful in walking us through the process.

We are VERY fortunate to have ’snagged’ our project manager, what a true craftsman he is.  He came everyday when he said he would and worked very diligently and with perfection.  We very much enjoyed getting to know him and thank him so very much for a job well done.

The tile work that was designed for us, compliments the cabinets and it’s a beautiful job well done.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know how happy we are with NFKS project and experience.  We recently completed a kitchen remodel and the result is astounding!  The most common statement our friends and neighbors have used is, “It looks like a picture from a magazine!”

When my wife and I started to investigate this project we stopped in your old showroom across from the hospital.  We left with a positive impression of NFKS, but apprehensive whether a project with you was within our budget.  We had been working with an independent contractor, but that effort was floundering.  We then stopped by your new showroom in Bellevue and happened to meet Mark.  It quickly became clear that he and the rest of your team were completely focused on developing a project to meet our needs.  We made an appointment with Mark for a design session – one of the best decisions we made.

Every step of the process was supported by excellent service by your team, starting with picking out the granite with Brandy to the engineering session with Dave.  Then the real work started when Kevin rang our doorbell!    I can’t say enough about the outstanding effort that Kevin put into this project.

This collective effort from your team resulted in NFKS exceeding our expectations.  We now have a kitchen we had only dreamed about.  Thank you!

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful collaboration of all your employees for our kitchen remodel!  As first-time homeowners, we had never gone through a remodel process before and though we had heard occasional mention of bad contractor experiences from our acquaintances, we didn’t really know what to expect.  However, you all met and in many cases exceeded our expectations at every stage of the process!

From our first walk-in experience at your showroom, we knew we had stumbled upon a very professional and high-quality business.

The first employee we worked with in the showroom, stuck with us until every question we thought of was answered, from the differences between countertop materials to the choices between cabinet door designs and woods, to what cabinet accessories were available to us.  She even took the time to grab samples of our top granite and wood selections and lay them out next to each other for us to decide which combination we preferred – and this was all before we had made an appointment for a NFKS designer to come to our home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our designer and liked working with him!  Unlike the designer from another company who came out for a first appointment, he took a genuine interest in determining exactly what we wanted to do with our kitchen and gave us every option he could think of without tacking on unnecessary jobs that would require additional charges, which was very important to us since we did have a limited budget.  He listened to our preferences to know exactly what each option would cost and then helped us reach just the right design and materials for our budget.   

The engineer, like our designer, made sure everything was exactly as we wanted and did his best to make sure that our job would not have unexpected charges or delays.  He made sure that one cabinet could be enlarged slightly so that we could fit in a trash drawer (allowing us much more useful space at the end of our narrow kitchen), and we were very confident that everything would be just right!

Though we only worked with her for a short while in Seattle, we also appreciated Brandy’s expertise and speedy help in choosing just the right slabs of blue butterfly granite.  We were thrilled that we could get this granite type through you all since it was our top choice.  Your main competitor in the bid process with us did not offer it as an option, and it really does define our new kitchen!

Our installer was a delight to have and we were certain that we were in good hands with him from start to finish.  From bonding with our dog, to giving us our space on a day when one of us was home sick, to checking on every detail of the job with us before he implemented it, he made sure that we were both happy with every decision.  He knew instinctively which one of us to ask about particular details, and successfully communicated with us about what was happening every day, keeping the job on (or ahead of) schedule and both of us “in the know.”  He even alerted us to some electrical issues in our home and presented the pros and cons of fixing them during the job.  He allowed us the time we needed to make decisions and we were very happy to be able to “contract” him to fix those wiring issues so that our future use of electrical wiring will be more efficient.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, from the beautiful granite countertops and the high-quality cabinets with a redesigned layout to fit our entertaining needs, to the self-closing drawers, to the trash drawer and cutlery insert, to the additional cabinets above the refrigerator and the stove, to the improved interior cabinet design around the microwave hood and an awkward sink pipe, to the improved electrical wiring, to the updated light box, to the new sink, to the various other excellent suggestions that were made and implemented.

We cannot praise NFKS enough for your notable professionalism, incredible timeliness, precise installation and impeccable customer service!  We know which company will receive our first call when it’s time to update our bathrooms!

We are writing this letter to relate to you and your staff our complete satisfaction with the kitchen remodel project completed by New Face Kitchens and specifically with installer, Ed Owens.  The project at the Sanders’ home went smoothly and remarkably well in very large part due to the up front effort and expertise of Designer Dennis Delaney and dedication and consistent work through installation by Ed Owen. 

Ed’s attention to detail, quality of his skilled craftsmanship and deep personal commitment to the project were greatly appreciated by us as well as his ability to communicate and resolve potential problems in a professional manner. Once completed, my kids commented on the fact that they missed Ed not being around.  Ed did a fantastic job! 

We want to thank you for sending us such a quality team and individual effort.  Our kitchen is fabulous and we love cooking and entertaining in it.  It has become one of our very favorite rooms in the entire house.

I would like to thank New Face Kitchens for my AWESOME kitchen.  Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the workmanship is meticulous.  The design was beautiful and incorporated everything I asked for, and more.  Walls were removed to expand the space to create my dream kitchen. 

I have every gadget known to man:  my mixer stand with the mixer always plugged in and just a quick tug to get it locked into place and cookies mixing; my articulated corner cupboards  where I put all my serving dishes; my lift-up TV, with the TV on BOTH sides, which swivels into place; the cupboards whose doors lift upwards so I can use them for appliance garages; and my favorite of all, the vacuum toe-kick so I just have to sweep the dust and debris into the toe-kick and it disappears. 

 Thanks, too, to your engineers and electricians, who dealt with every problem that came up, even repositioning the big crossbeam that holds up the roof.  And getting the granite delivered via crane worked a treat, along with being a good show for the neighborhood. 

 Your people were all pleasant to deal with and very professional.  John, my main installer, was a great perfectionist, just what you want when perfection is the goal. 

 And I think my kitchen is perfect.  It is beautiful, but it is also VERY functional, both in preparing food and in serving it at parties.  Ronda’s great design proved the reason you get a professional to design the area.  All the appliances are conveniently placed and my baking corner is my little piece of heaven.  There is good people-flow throughout the kitchen and room for people to pass one another easily and to accommodate those of us standing around with wine glass in hand and chatting.  The most used spot in the house is the eating area at the end of the island, by far.

Thanks for the good work.  I LOVE my kitchen and so does everyone who sees it.

I can’t say enough about how great our project manager has been on this project.  Always thinking ahead, planning out every detail, he’s pulled together a very complex kitchen and bathroom remodel.  And it’s been the most difficult kind of remodel:  new foundation, new construction and the cabinets are slab, modern, which means no room for error.

Everything has turned out beautfully and I feel my hard-earned money has been well-invested.  Thank you for all your hard work and taking such good care of me and my “new” home.

I am a little late in writing this thank you note to Signature Cabinets with a special thank you for the installer and designer.  My remodel was a major undertaking but all of the upfront planning and effort really paid off for me with a remarkable addition.  I can’t really call it a kitchen because you did a 3^rd floor, a large extended skylight over the entry, reconfigured the living room, expanded and raised the ceilings in the “kitchen” which included pushing the wall out to create extra space for a dining and fireplace area in addition to the kitchen, added a guest room and bath, etc. etc.    Everyone is stunned at the before and after and we absolutely love it.  It is the kitchen (house) of my dreams.  The project manager could read my mind when we discussed details and knew what I liked.  The designer worked with me from the first line on the paper all the way through the finished project with additions that I would never have thought of.  I would definitely call on you if I ever go through this in another home.  Thanks again for the super quality and beauty of your work.

I am directing this letter to you with the hope that you will share this with all of the staff at New Face Kitchens.  My kitchen remodel was completed in October of last year.  We gave the new kitchen a full test drive over the holidays.  I am delighted to report that the results are amazing!

Despite not changing the footprint of the kitchen, it feels larger and has more storage space.  We also love the updated look of our kitchen.  Everyone who has seen the updated kitchen can’t believe our cabinets are refaced.  We had put off the remodel for many years thinking of how inconvenient it would be.  In reality, the process went very smoothly.  Our project stayed on time, which was a big issue for us.

Our installer was wonderful.  He made the remodel painless.  Everyday he let me know just what to expect.  He was very considerate about working around my kids in the morning before school and putting up with our dog Max.  He also did an amazing job on our crown molding.  Everyone comments on it, when they visit.

We are enjoying our new granite countertops.  I am so glad that our designer suggested under cabinet lighting.  This feature has made a huge difference for us.  My husand is convinced that I am cooking more often and cooking better meals since our remodel.  I really enjoyed metting everyone at New Face.

I would highly recommend New Face to anyone wanting a remodel.  Thanks to everyone who helped us each step of the process.
