I would like to thank New Face Kitchens for my AWESOME kitchen.  Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the workmanship is meticulous.  The design was beautiful and incorporated everything I asked for, and more.  Walls were removed to expand the space to create my dream kitchen. 

I have every gadget known to man:  my mixer stand with the mixer always plugged in and just a quick tug to get it locked into place and cookies mixing; my articulated corner cupboards  where I put all my serving dishes; my lift-up TV, with the TV on BOTH sides, which swivels into place; the cupboards whose doors lift upwards so I can use them for appliance garages; and my favorite of all, the vacuum toe-kick so I just have to sweep the dust and debris into the toe-kick and it disappears. 

 Thanks, too, to your engineers and electricians, who dealt with every problem that came up, even repositioning the big crossbeam that holds up the roof.  And getting the granite delivered via crane worked a treat, along with being a good show for the neighborhood. 

 Your people were all pleasant to deal with and very professional.  John, my main installer, was a great perfectionist, just what you want when perfection is the goal. 

 And I think my kitchen is perfect.  It is beautiful, but it is also VERY functional, both in preparing food and in serving it at parties.  Ronda’s great design proved the reason you get a professional to design the area.  All the appliances are conveniently placed and my baking corner is my little piece of heaven.  There is good people-flow throughout the kitchen and room for people to pass one another easily and to accommodate those of us standing around with wine glass in hand and chatting.  The most used spot in the house is the eating area at the end of the island, by far.

Thanks for the good work.  I LOVE my kitchen and so does everyone who sees it.

I can’t say enough about how great our project manager has been on this project.  Always thinking ahead, planning out every detail, he’s pulled together a very complex kitchen and bathroom remodel.  And it’s been the most difficult kind of remodel:  new foundation, new construction and the cabinets are slab, modern, which means no room for error.

Everything has turned out beautfully and I feel my hard-earned money has been well-invested.  Thank you for all your hard work and taking such good care of me and my “new” home.

I am a little late in writing this thank you note to Signature Cabinets with a special thank you for the installer and designer.  My remodel was a major undertaking but all of the upfront planning and effort really paid off for me with a remarkable addition.  I can’t really call it a kitchen because you did a 3^rd floor, a large extended skylight over the entry, reconfigured the living room, expanded and raised the ceilings in the “kitchen” which included pushing the wall out to create extra space for a dining and fireplace area in addition to the kitchen, added a guest room and bath, etc. etc.    Everyone is stunned at the before and after and we absolutely love it.  It is the kitchen (house) of my dreams.  The project manager could read my mind when we discussed details and knew what I liked.  The designer worked with me from the first line on the paper all the way through the finished project with additions that I would never have thought of.  I would definitely call on you if I ever go through this in another home.  Thanks again for the super quality and beauty of your work.

I am directing this letter to you with the hope that you will share this with all of the staff at New Face Kitchens.  My kitchen remodel was completed in October of last year.  We gave the new kitchen a full test drive over the holidays.  I am delighted to report that the results are amazing!

Despite not changing the footprint of the kitchen, it feels larger and has more storage space.  We also love the updated look of our kitchen.  Everyone who has seen the updated kitchen can’t believe our cabinets are refaced.  We had put off the remodel for many years thinking of how inconvenient it would be.  In reality, the process went very smoothly.  Our project stayed on time, which was a big issue for us.

Our installer was wonderful.  He made the remodel painless.  Everyday he let me know just what to expect.  He was very considerate about working around my kids in the morning before school and putting up with our dog Max.  He also did an amazing job on our crown molding.  Everyone comments on it, when they visit.

We are enjoying our new granite countertops.  I am so glad that our designer suggested under cabinet lighting.  This feature has made a huge difference for us.  My husand is convinced that I am cooking more often and cooking better meals since our remodel.  I really enjoyed metting everyone at New Face.

I would highly recommend New Face to anyone wanting a remodel.  Thanks to everyone who helped us each step of the process.

We had our whole kitchen and dining room remodeled by New Face Kitchen Systems.  It is now half a year later and we are ecstatic about the quality of workmanship done by New Face Kitchens.  We love our kitchen and can’t brag about this company enough.  The kitchen was finished in the quality and timeframe they promised.

 Some people we would like to thank:   our installer.  He was so amazing.  He was a superman.   We have run a 100 foot commercial fishing boat for 20 years and have had many workmen aboard our boat.  We have never had anyone as sincere, polite, honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable as him.  He is the best.  He worked in our home for a month and made the job go so smoothly. He talked us through the job and helped us with a lot of our decision making when things came up.  His decisions were right on because we love our kitchen.  My kids loved having him around and he was very careful to let us know when there would be extra dust, noise, etc….We can not speak highly enough about our installer. 

 We are planning on doing more work  (2 bathrooms and an kitchen office) and we want the same installer. 

We would also like to thank Brandy.  She did a beautiful job of picking our granite for us.  Some of our friends are jealous of our pick.  It is an unusual piece and is vivid with color.  Brandy was very patient with us and showed us a lot of what was in the showroom.  In the end we chose what Brandy had picked out for us.  

We thank the staff at New Face Kitchen,  (Brook and Julie) for helping us check out items etc….They took good care of us. 

This company highly respects its clients.  We keep saying to ourselves that New Face Kitchens spoiled us.

Just wanted you to know that we are so happy with the outcome.  This company did a kitchen remodel, office remodel and cabinets for two bathroom remodels.  The designer did a great job in making our dream come to a reality. 

It turned out very, very well for us.  The work that they did was superb!  We are very pleased with the cabinets.  The quality is worth every cent.

New Face Kitchens refaced my cabinets and put in marble countertops in my kitchen.  They also changed my lighting.  The experience went really well.  The work itself was excellent!

My wife and I had a complete kitchen remodel done by these folks. We’ve been enjoying the kitchen so much. The cabinets are Pink Birch with a beautiful stained finish and all the accessories they suggested are just so helpful. Our Designer was terrific and it turned out even better when our installer was done! We checked all the areas contractors and the box stores out and these guys are the best hands down… if you’re planning on spending your money wisely (and we saved and invested alot) they do it all, and you actually end up knowing and liking the people you get to work with: Brandy helping my wife with granite selection, Jimmy the drywall ‘Pro’ was a kick, and even Grant who we didn’t see much of but was just a phone call away, handled all of our concerns and questions.
Our neighbors are jealous, except Kim who is having New face do her kitchen now…thanks so much to the whole staff!!

This company worked for us twice.  Two years ago they did our kitchen and most recently they remodeled two bathrooms.

They do what they say they are going to do, completes the job within the timelines, and finished on budget.

The folks that came out to do the work were absolutely delightful to have in my home.

New Face Kitchen Systems did some kitchen remodeling work.  They finished the work today.  They were fabulous.  They refaced our kitchen cabinets.  They coordinated granite countertops and tile backsplash.  They took our ideas and helped us work through to the end.  They really kept on schedule by calling us and telling us when it was time to look at this thing and when it is time to decide on another thing.  They did a real fine job.
