We have a wonderful new kitchen and bathrooms thanks to your company’s technique and the quality craftsmanship of your installers.  Both were professional and very helpful with knowledgeable suggestions when we had to make decisions as the work progressed. 

Brandy made the granite decision so much easier than we anticipated.  She knew within a few minutes what we wanted.

We wanted to thank you for our beautiful new kitchen!  It has made such a difference and we are enjoying it so much.  The staff was wonderful to work with.  We want to thank our designer for her insight, the tile designer for helping with the backsplash and our biggest thanks goes to our installer for his thoughtful, superior work.  He was amazing.  The job is well done, clean, on time and he took such care in all the details.  Overall, this was an easy process for us and we love the results.

Kitchen perfection!  Our project was just finished and we love our new kitchen.  It was worth every second.  From the day I walked into your showroom and was greeted and helped with such fun and enthusiasm, I knew that we would enjoy this process with your company.

Starting with our designer who helped us with the beginning plan to bring our outdated cabinets up to date.  He was very knowledgeable in the color and style of door/drawers that we wanted, making several wonderful suggestions.  He also helped me decide on a few design choices where I needed help.  I really trusted his honest opinions.

Then our engineer, who amazed me with his ability to do exact measurements, spent a lot of time discussing just what I wanted and how it would look.  I was thrilled when he figured out a way to keep my large pull out cutting board and also convinced me that we should get new drawers that slide in and out so smoothly.  Worth every extra penny. 

I can’t say enough about our incredible and amazing project manager.  Loved the conversations we had and his humor.  We really appreciated how much care he took keeping the dust down and cleaning up every night.  He managed every detail perfectly and came up with a few ways to get around several glitches that came up. 

We plan to redo the master bath and will only use your company.  Many thanks to each and every person who worked with us to transform our kitchen into a showplace.

In May 2011, New Face Kitchen Systems remodeled 2 bathrooms.  Our installer did an outstanding job with all of the work he performed.  He was always on time and very conscientious with his clean-up each day.  He was always considerate of our living space while the project was in progress.  He is a rare combination of a great people person as well as a master carpenter and meticulous craftsman.

Our master bathroom is unique, looks beautiful and is extremely functional.  His design increased the storage capacity by at least four times, within existing space constraints.

An added bonus was the ability to pick out our granite slab and position the templates on the granite.  This allowed us to meet other wonderful New Face staff, as well as an opportunity to tour the production facility in Woodinville.

We have been impressed with the entire staff at NFKS.  Everyone has treated us well and has been very professional.  NFKS provides products, services and talent that no other company in the field offers.  We have had our kitchen, powder room, guest bathroom and master bathroom designed and built by New Face Kitchens and have been happy with all of the results.

Today is the last day of Jim Sherman’s work on our remodel project.  The project started in our master bathroom on Monday, November 21st and moved from a complete remodel of the master bath through to the kid’s bath, powder room and finally our Kitchen.  All in all Jim has been fully involved for almost six weeks and it is hard to overstate how much we’ve appreciated Jim’s work.  He insured that every aspect of the project was thoughtful, well considered and professional. 

Probably the most useful and important characteristic of Jim’s work is his ability to listen to what we, as the homeowner, wanted.  He has a tremendous ability to visualize what we described and then transform our thoughts and make the final outcome reflect our desires.  This was especially true in our master bathroom since he started with a gutted shell and then step by considered step, created the clean lines that I pictured in my mind and tried to convey in the design drawings.  While this was most noticeable in the master bath, it also applied to the job as a whole and whenever we asked a question about some detail of the project, Jim immediately answered with a fix or explanation. 

Aside from Jim’s obvious ability, craftsmanship and attention to detail, one of the least noticeable but most important abilities that Jim has, is his project management skill.  He coordinated precisely with the granite and tile team and subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, and glass, and managed the various personalities and time schedules as a seasoned pro.   Jim’s management of the project allowed us to plan the everyday aspects of our lives since we could count on Jim’s timeline…when he said something would be done on a certain day, it was done on that day.  Sure made our lives easier.

Never once did we see any sign of frustration, stress or other negative emotion.  On the contrary, each day Jim would show up with a warm hello and a very friendly and pleasant nature about him.  We’ve enjoyed sharing our lives with him and sharing stories about our kids.  We’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and no one has come close to being as personable and easy to get along with as Jim.  Not an easy task when someone practically lives in your house for six weeks through the holiday season.

Our experience with NFKS has been good overall.  We enjoyed working with Mark, Debora, Steve, Jim Lemke, all the guys at the Woodinville shop and the nice folks in your showroom office.  But Jim Sherman is the real face behind New Face.  He is the guy who lived in our house for six weeks, who pulled everything together and who is the person that we will think of when we recommend New Face to other people.  It is our hope and expectation that NFKS reward Jim handsomely for his fine work and contribution to your company.

Dave did an excellent job as Project Manager and as a craftsman on my kitchen project.  His calm demeanor, ‘can do’ attitude, and positive, upbeat nature made him a pleasure to work with.  He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.  He always let me know, in advance, what time he would arrive each morning and what would be happening over the next few days.  If anything changed, he notified me promptly.

He provided great advice and guidance to me when I needed to make a decision.  His craftsmanship was exceptional.  Any ‘nitpicky’ thing we found, he fixed immediately.  Everything he did looks wonderful.  Because of him and New Face Kitchens, I have a beautiful, much complimented kitchen.  Thank you to all of you!
