This spring we contacted several home remodelers regarding remodeling our kitchen.  After spending a substantial amount of time with these companies, we selected New Face Kitchens to remodel our kitchen.  All of the companies were very qualified, but we felt we would get the best job in a timely fashion with New Face Kitchens.  Mark, our designer, listened to what we were after in the remodel and gave us ideas that enhanced the remodel without substantially adding to the cost.

I must say we made the right decision.  We are very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and countertop, not to mention the quality of the work.   Dave started the project on time and finished ahead of schedule.  He kept us informed as to what and when different aspects of the remodel would happen.   When Dave was done with the project, my wife looked really hard to find something wrong with the end product.  She happily admitted she could not find anything wrong.

We are very happy with the way the remodel turned out.  Believe me that when I talk to people about kitchen remodels, I will gladly recommend New Face Kitchens.

Dear Tom and Brandy,

We recently completed what was called a small (10 x 10) kitchen remodel with your company.  We couldn’t be happier with the quality, workmanship, and look of the finished product!  There were many people in your company that we would like to note that helped us along the way, notably Dave Bryant our master craftsman, Brook at the front desk for constantly reassuring us and Brandy, the granite queen!

The decision to select your company involved getting to the crossing point of three factors:  (1) dissatisfaction with our 24 year old kitchen, (2) creating a vision of what we wanted thru showroom visits, magazine articles and tours (online and in person) of other remodels and (3) having the finances align with our vision.

We had waited many years to upgrade the kitchen to finally realize our dream.  At the 2009 Seattle Home Show, we meet Dennis Delaney and were so impressed with his confidence and expertise, that when we finally were able to pursue the remodel in March 2010, he was the first person we called.  He presented us with a design that worked for us.

Our project manager was perfect for us.  His communication and patience was superlative.  His timeliness, work ethic and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.  He was confident, cleaned up the job site daily, and helped us “mentally” through the process as well.  He could articulate the process and visually showed us the schedules and steps that were happening.  That “setting of expectations” was a great comfort to us.

Brandy’s guidance at the granite yard was another confidence builder.  Her assessment of our style, as well as her grace and experience in showing us thru the warehouse were very much appreciated.

It will almost be one month since the completion of the kitchen and we are ready to share this great design with family and friends.  We definitely will be recommending NFKS to everyone and know they can have the same results.

All at New Face Kitchens,

Thank you for our new kitchen and bathroom!  The resurfacing of the cabinets came out better than we ever could have imagined.  With the new drawers throughout, we have much more functionality, and the new wine rack looks beautiful!  The Brazilian cherry adds so much of a “wow” factor.

We’d especially like to thank Dwayne for the professionalism he showed during the installation.  On arrival, he briefed us regarding the job, the cleanliness he would maintain, and how he would set up the work area.  On a daily basis, we were briefed on the installation expectations.  Regular communications prevented any fears from arising.  When the job was completed, Dwayne cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and the garage as if he was never here.  Dwayne is a real craftsman and his work reflected this.  He always arrived on time and got the work done that he estimated he would do.

We’d be glad to recommend Dwayne and New Face Kitchens to anyone looking into this type of work.

Wanted to write you a note and tell you what a great job you did on our bathroom.  From start to finish NFKS kept us updated on the progress on our remodel.  Our installer kept the area clean and organized and left the area clean at the end of each day.  I have already recommended NFKS to two people already!

This letter is to express our satisfaction with our recent kitchen project.  They were all true professionals – Dennis our designer, Dave our engineer, and Nick the installer/project manager.  I also want to complement the showroom staff, Lisa and Julee – we stopped by a couple of times and they were also very helpful.

Although it was an inconvenience to be without the kitchen, Dave made every effort to keep dust and debris to a minimum, complete the project on-time and make us comfortable during the process.

Another thing that impressed me was how Dave would acknowledge visitors and family members by their name!  My grandchildren got to know him and my grandson was so disappointed when he came over and the work was completed – no more Dave!

We are very pleased with the new look and functionality of our kitchen and will not hesitate to recommend Signature Cabinets, New Face Kitchen Systems to our friends and family.

I don’t know about you, but the thought of a kitchen remodel made me quite nervous.  I am writing this letter one year after the installation of our kitchen by New Face Kitchen Systems to let you know that I still think I chose the best company on the market for my project. 

My kitchen designer, Perry, was sensitive to the special requirements of a family raising special needs kids and facing health challenges.  His creativity gave us a kid-proof (indestructible) kitchen that will also be well suited for mobility issues in the years to come.

We are an environmentally sensitive family.  The materials are durable and he helped us “go green” by using reclaimed materials for some of the project, and helping us send our outdated cabinets to Second Hand Use building supply, which benefits Habitat For Humanity.  My old cabinets are now making a family in Mexico very happy.

My husband is the world’s most picky consumer; he is a physician so attention to detail is a must.  Well, he met his match with our project manager, Ken.  He had a true eye for perfection.  98% of the installation went smoothly, and he was quick to fix the other 2% of the minor snags we encountered during the project.

I wish to point out that our project manager NEVER “had something come up” where he did not show up as planned.  My project was begun and finished on-time and on-budget.

I also am indebted to my tile designer, Tiffany, for her creativity in putting the finishing touches on the countertops.  Rod and Zack also assisted with the installation and everyone we worked with were highly professional and dedicated to achieving high standards of workmanship.

The crew worked around our tiny dog and multiple children with ease, and left the place near spotless at the end of each day.

The granite supplier did a fine job and provided a very unique Brazilian (non rain-forest) stone at a price I could afford due to some savvy bargaining by Brandy.  I enjoyed visiting the cutting room to see how the stone was patterned.

I give my highest recommendation to New Face Kitchen Systems to any prospective customer.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel!

Everyone involved from New Face Kitchen Systems was very helpful and professional to our wants and needs throughout the process.  Dennis provided great advice and a very clear conceptual design for our kitchen layout and new cabinets, Bill engineered the specs exactly so the build of the cabinets and installation in the field were spot on, Brandy was so much fun to work with as we selected our granite counter, and everyone in the office and gallery were always willing to assist us whenever we stopped by.  Most of all, we had the good fortune to have Gordon as our project manager and installer.

Gordon led our kitchen remodeling project, which consisted of demolition, installation of new cabinets, granite countertops, decorative wood wrapped pillars, new plumbing fixtures, electrical and lighting modifications, natural gas and other mechanicals, refinished hardwood floors, and new appliances.  From Day 1, he was punctual, communicative, and meticulous.  In addition, he was creative and provided feedback to solve several unique challenges. 

His attention to detail was most impressive.  We believe as homeowners, we can be extremely “picky” and will notice the very slightest of variation.  We found almost nothing that needed adjustment.  He even pointed out things we hadn’t noticed.  He also kept the job site and surrounding areas clean and orderly, allotting enough time at the end of each work day to sweep and organize for the next day.  We experienced a very dust-free environment in the rest of the home.

Gordon was also excellent in overseeing the various subcontractors, through scheduling, collaboration, and looking out for our best interests.

We have been enjoying our kitchen now for several weeks, and wish to thank EVERYONE at New Face Kitchens for their contribution in making our kitchen project a success!

We recently had a kitchen remodel completed by your company.  This included a combination of new and refaced cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and installation of all new appliances.

 We had not embarked on a remodel before so this was a new experience for us.  From the moment we met Kitchen Designer, Demetri Roubanis, we felt at ease.  He fielded our questions with understanding and never made us feel like our inquires were unfounded.  He was patient as we worked through the details of the contract and explained everything very well.  As a result, we were thrilled that the total cost of the remodel did not exceed our expectations.

 Our installer was Bob McNall and he was fantastic.  Bob was on time every day and he was very courteous and pleasant to work with.  In addition, he paid great attention to detail and delivered a very high quality of work.  When hiccups in the process occurred (as would be expected for a project of this size) he would troubleshoot with us and always make sure to resolve the matter quickly to our satisfaction.  He was great about suggesting options in such situations but he made it clear that the final decision was ours to make.  He worked well with the subcontractors and made sure to update us each morning about what was coming up that day and in the next few days.  Bob made sure to complete the job and not walk away leaving loose ends to clean up.  We really appreciated this because we had heard from friends that their remodels were never done this way.

 We are really enjoying our new kitchen and would gladly recommend New Face Kitchens to our friends and family.

With our New Face Kitchen now completed its time for proper recognition.  My experience in the business world has shown a thousand times that salespeople too often make promises they can’t keep…not so with our designer.  He did a very good job and was very attentive and helpful. 

We were very delighted with the performance of our project manager as well.  He did everything to make his time with us as pleasant as possible.  He had a challenge of working on an older house where the floors lean one way the ceiling the other and his ability to deliver a quality product with quality service needs to be recognized.

We don’t anticipate any additional remodeling projects in our immediate future but we will definitely recommend New Face Kitchen Systems to our family and friends.
